Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dario Astigar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carneiro in the 4th minute of the match. Lisandro Nuñez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Quintas got free with Bartosz Trzenzalski in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Nuñez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartosz Trzenzalski was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the SAN LORENZO FC defense, José Carneiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dario Astigar. The SAN LORENZO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dario Astigar should have stopped the shot. Lisandro Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartosz Trzenzalski having to interfere. The Ema City fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Ema City's José Carneiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dario Astigar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selçuk Özgebay in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute Lisandro Nuñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartosz Trzenzalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st match minute, SAN LORENZO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léon Valin to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lisandro Nuñez to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Tiniebra in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bartosz Trzenzalski saved Ema City from getting behind. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ema City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Allan Blom was slow to take the kick. During this time SAN LORENZO FC's players had a chance to rest. Lisandro Nuñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Bartosz Trzenzalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, José Carneiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dario Astigar. SAN LORENZO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Carneiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Ema City's Bartosz Trzenzalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 73rd minute of play. Dario Astigar had great luck who in the 79thth minute grab hold of the ball when José Carneiro from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Bartosz Trzenzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartosz Trzenzalski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the match, José Carneiro notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of SAN LORENZO FC's Dario Astigar. Dario Astigar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Ema City supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ema City would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
