Hudson Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Dieguinho Massa got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Newcastle United F.C.'s Niklas Kvalfält proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Newcastle United F.C. from getting a goal against them. After 19 minutes, Hudson Chaves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TRICOSHOW F.CLUB and the Newcastle United F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to TRICOSHOW F.CLUB getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Hudson Chaves hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Joar Åberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Isac Walmarsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Lara. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isac Walmarsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Vicente Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Brodin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Isac Walmarsson made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Lara. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Emerson Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vicente Lara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rickard Brodin went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, Miguel Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dieguinho Massa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dieguinho Massa took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Kvalfält. Niklas Kvalfält dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The supporters of Newcastle United F.C. booed when TRICOSHOW F.CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nelsinho Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Newcastle United F.C.'s Rickard Brodin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Vicente Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Brodin in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Newcastle United F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Brodin. Miguel Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Niklas Kvalfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Gustaf Högström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niklas Kvalfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dieguinho Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Newcastle United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Francisco de Carvalho came free, but Niklas Kvalfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to TRICOSHOW F.CLUB getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Dieguinho Massa hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Newcastle United F.C.'s Rickard Brodin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vicente Lara. That made the score 1-5 after 73 minutes of play. Vicente Lara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bengt-Åke Ekerot in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Dieguinho Massa notched a goal, 2-6, to the right of Newcastle United F.C.'s Niklas Kvalfält. Niklas Kvalfält was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute Gustaf Högström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Dieguinho Massa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niklas Kvalfält was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-6. In the 96th match minute, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Pires to maneuver through the defense. The TRICOSHOW F.CLUB fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Newcastle United F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
