Valentin Bujor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jullian Elens in the 6th minute. In the 9th minute Jullian Elens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Bujor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute of the match Zhidelyay got a corner. D.P.Aarburg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Baldomero Emenon ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leal Castilho in the 22nd minute of play forced Zhidelyay's goalkeeper Drąsutis Navickas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Bujor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredas Nenortas in the 26th minute of the match. Zhidelyay's Drąsutis Navickas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Fulanito in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leal Castilho in the 33rd minute of play forced Zhidelyay's goalkeeper Drąsutis Navickas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Virgilijus Tarvydas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Valentin Bujor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Valentin Bujor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilijus Tarvydas, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Drąsutis Navickas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Fulanito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Cosme Fulanito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Drąsutis Navickas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosme Fulanito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredas Nenortas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cosme Fulanito got free with Drąsutis Navickas in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The attack was good, but when Cosme Fulanito in the 55th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 58th minute Jullian Elens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Bujor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, D.P.Aarburg's goal looked a bit too open when Konstantinas Zinkevičius came free, but Valentin Bujor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zhidelyay made a substitution. Þórlaugur Vignisson replaced Konstantinas Zinkevičius. D.P.Aarburg's August Carlsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jim Söderqvist in the 66 minute of the game. Valentin Bujor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Þórlaugur Vignisson in the 72nd minute of the match. Valentin Bujor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jullian Elens went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Zhidelyay made a substitution. Petras Bračas replaced Jullian Elens. A collision led to Zhidelyay getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Algimantas Gudavičius hit a great ball. Valentin Bujor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredas Nenortas in the 91st minute of play. When Cosme Fulanito came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the D.P.Aarburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Fulanito couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the game, Almiro Medeiros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. D.P.Aarburg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zhidelyay the free kick. A collision led to D.P.Aarburg getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Almiro Medeiros hit a great ball.
