Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquiles Gana in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Dražen Ladić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Gahnsby in the 16th minute of the match. FC Bodil United's Valeriu Hoisie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Labate in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Simon Gahnsby notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of AC Morena's Dražen Ladić. Dražen Ladić was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfonso Antognoni made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bogdan Mangúrov. Dražen Ladić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Gahnsby in the 29th minute of the match. After 31 minutes AC Morena's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fredrik Kvarnström who took care of the corner kick. Valeriu Hoisie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristoforo Labate, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Aquiles Gana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valeriu Hoisie was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Aquiles Gana might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valeriu Hoisie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aquiles Gana ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Bodil United's Valeriu Hoisie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Gana in the 39th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Gahnsby was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Aquiles Gana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valeriu Hoisie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valeriu Hoisie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Gana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Alfonso Antognoni in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Bodil United's Joakim Kjellberg. 85 minutes into the game, FC Bodil United's Rod Marsland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dražen Ladić made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Hamdullah Vezir kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 96 played minutes, AC Morena's Jerzy Piwowarski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valeriu Hoisie came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AC Morena reached it.
