Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Higinio Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manilan Monterrey in the 6th minute of play. Higinio Aguilera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manilan Monterrey's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Raven Heart got a corner. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ralondo Dopazo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Raven Heart's Benvido Fuica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Indiana Jones in the 11th minute of play. Manilan Monterrey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Aguilera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Raven Heart were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Los Hijos de Doña Beija's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ralondo Dopazo took the corner. The corner led Raven Heart's Ralondo Dopazo to fire away a dangerous shot which Higinio Aguilera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Indiana Jones dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benvido Fuica, 1-0. Benvido Fuica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jyrki Sillanpää's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Jyrki Sillanpää was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After taking down the ball on Los Hijos de Doña Beija's corner Albino Brion fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benvido Fuica quite easily take care of the ball. Benvido Fuica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indiana Jones in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jyrki Sillanpää in the 41st minute of play forced Raven Heart's goalkeeper Benvido Fuica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Indiana Jones, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 55 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Benvido Fuica was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Los Hijos de Doña Beija made a substitution. Jérémy Doku replaced Albino Brion. Jérémy Doku scored 3-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benvido Fuica, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Raven Heart made a substitution. Jorge Comesaña replaced Kelemen Reyna. Benvido Fuica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Indiana Jones, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Benvido Fuica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Indiana Jones in the 68th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Raven Heart got a freekick which was hit by Şenel Hayal. 90 minutes into the match, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Feliciano Haritzeder broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

Raven Heart's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
