Anacleto Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petre Iftode in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, Los Gallos's Anacleto Horado got control of the ball when Petre Iftode tried to sneak it across the goal line. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stasio Bienienda in the 17th minute. With an all-out effort, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Anacleto Horado threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emil Wielopolski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 21st minute, Zhao Sen Yang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anacleto Horado was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some careless play in the Los Gallos defense, Zhao Sen Yang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anacleto Horado. The Los Gallos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anacleto Horado should have stopped the shot. In the 27th match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Libertad to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Jerold had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Chiuzbaian. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Jerold was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Ivan Chiuzbaian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Jerold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Gallos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Jerold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Jerold came free, but Ivan Chiuzbaian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Jerold in the 53rd minute of play forced Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Ivan Chiuzbaian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Jerold notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Ivan Chiuzbaian. Ivan Chiuzbaian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 56 played minutes Los Gallos got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Libertad. A sloppy throw-in by İlhami Akyazıcı in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Gallos's Evelio Manzanedo. Los Gallos's Anacleto Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 61st minute of play. If Evelio Manzanedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Los Gallos's Ulisses Miranda got a free kick in the 65th minute. Gipuzkoa Chamochin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, Gipuzkoa Chamochin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dacian Tilea made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Emil Wielopolski however managed to control. In the 96th minute, Vladimiro Jerold reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ivan Chiuzbaian. The goal made the score 6-3.

Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
