After having played for 3 minutes, Timmy Siggman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internacional Pechofrío's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timmy Siggman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joonatan Schols showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 邵城沙, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Joonatan Schols showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Araújo in the 14th minute of the match. Delfino Suarez came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Internacional Pechofrío's Timmy Siggman. But to his dismay, Timmy Siggman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, OMONOIA's goalkeeper Delfino Suarez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timmy Siggman. Joonatan Schols took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timmy Siggman might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delfino Suarez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timmy Siggman ran back to his position shaking his head. Delfino Suarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy Siggman in the 26th minute of the match. After some careless play in the OMONOIA defense, Timmy Siggman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfino Suarez. The OMONOIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfino Suarez should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Araújo came free, but Joonatan Schols reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes, OMONOIA's Eduardo Zanette shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joonatan Schols came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in OMONOIA reached it. After taking down the ball on Internacional Pechofrío's corner Ernesto Báez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Delfino Suarez quite easily take care of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Honorio Vergas was the one to do the kick off. Joonatan Schols made an important save on a dangerous shot by Seilenos Chrysanthopoulos in the 54th minute. Delfino Suarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy Siggman in the 55th minute of the match. Joonatan Schols made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Araújo in the 60th minute. Nikolas Ferreira was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 80 minutes into the game, Internacional Pechofrío's Su Qian Cheng nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delfino Suarez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 84th minute Su Qian Cheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfino Suarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joonatan Schols didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 邵城沙 went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the OMONOIA defense, Telmo Lillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfino Suarez. The OMONOIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfino Suarez should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Internacional Pechofrío's Joonatan Schols got control of the ball when Matias Araújo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matias Araújo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Internacional Pechofrío's Joonatan Schols proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Internacional Pechofrío from getting a goal against them.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Internacional Pechofrío fans cheered their team off the field, for while OMONOIA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
