Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the match, Sporting Westmeerbeek's goalkeeper Matias Dimo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pan Jian Yong. Matias Dimo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pan Jian Yong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sporting Westmeerbeek's Matias Dimo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Westmeerbeek from getting a goal against them. Sporting Westmeerbeek's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pablo Solari 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pan Jian Yong in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Dimo saved Sporting Westmeerbeek from getting behind. It was a well-played corner which Pablo Solari managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 25th minute of the match, Pan Jian Yong tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matias Dimo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 28 minutes into the game, Pan Jian Yong recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matias Dimo. Pan Jian Yong showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Matias Dimo made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Pablo Solari sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute, Pan Jian Yong reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Matias Dimo. The goal made the score 4-0. Matias Dimo made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Pan Jian Yong sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roque Aguilar was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Sporting Westmeerbeek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Sarangapani to maneuver through the defense. Sporting Westmeerbeek's Matias Dimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pan Jian Yong in the 55th minute of play. Matias Dimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pan Jian Yong, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Pan Jian Yong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Dimo. Sporting Westmeerbeek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pan Jian Yong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 62 minutes into the match, Sporting Westmeerbeek's goal looked a bit too open when Pan Jian Yong came free, but Matias Dimo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pierre Van Mechelen charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pierre Van Mechelen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lions United getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Pierre Van Mechelen hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the game, Luck Hodson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Westmeerbeek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lions United the free kick. In the 66th minute, Luck Hodson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Dimo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pan Jian Yong in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pan Jian Yong in the 71st minute of play forced Sporting Westmeerbeek's goalkeeper Matias Dimo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Westmeerbeek's zone, Pan Jian Yong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Dimo came out of the goal and Pan Jian Yong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Luck Hodson in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lions United's Ediberto Coelho. Sporting Westmeerbeek's Matias Dimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pan Jian Yong in the 75th minute of play. Lions United were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Sporting Westmeerbeek's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gao Cheng Yun took the corner. The corner led Lions United's Gao Cheng Yun to fire away a dangerous shot which Matias Dimo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sporting Westmeerbeek! In the 89th minute, Leon Eleazar had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 90 minutes, Bastiaan Nys mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Westmeerbeek and the Lions United players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lions United booed when Sporting Westmeerbeek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastiaan Nys didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Pan Jian Yong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Dimo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pan Jian Yong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matias Dimo was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. After having played for 98 minutes, Pan Jian Yong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lions United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pan Jian Yong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lions United had played much better football throughout.
