After 2 played minutes Resurrección Diabólica Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Raul Leguizamon. A collision led to Resurrección Diabólica Ψ getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Serafin Bortzaioriz hit a great ball. Ivo Chaves might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francesco Toldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivo Chaves ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute, Raul Leguizamon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Francesco Toldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Resurrección Diabólica Ψ from getting a goal against them. Ignacy Dunajski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francesco Toldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ignacy Dunajski in the 19th minute. Stasio Gozdowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Mendebal in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 minutes of play, KANONIERZY's Ali Hamza Hanefi made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francesco Toldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes into the match, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Hamza Hanefi came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match KANONIERZY got a corner. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivo Chaves ran over to the corner to take the kick. After having played for 35 minutes, Gaston Mendebal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Mendebal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes in the game, Bram Boonen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Francesco Toldo having to interfere. When Gaston Mendebal fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's protests and gave Gaston Mendebal a yellow card for diving instead. Gaston Mendebal hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Francesco Toldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Hamza Hanefi in the 42nd minute of play. KANONIERZY were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ivo Chaves took the corner. Ivo Chaves was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, one of KANONIERZY:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KANONIERZY. Stasio Gozdowski had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Epifanio Cristos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Epifanio Cristos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stasio Gozdowski. KANONIERZY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Epifanio Cristos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ignacy Dunajski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Beltran's late challenge caught a Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Beltran helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Resurrección Diabólica Ψ booed when KANONIERZY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Beltran didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Tono got free with Stasio Gozdowski in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francesco Toldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bram Boonen, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Francesco Toldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacy Dunajski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacy Dunajski in the 76th minute of play forced Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ made a substitution. Mando Lucifer replaced Severo Tono. KANONIERZY made a substitution. Zbyszek Ferfecki replaced Ignacy Dunajski. After 79 minutes Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisco dos Santos who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Francisco dos Santos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Francesco Toldo did a great save. Stasio Gozdowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Mendebal in the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's zone, Zbyszek Ferfecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francesco Toldo came out of the goal and Zbyszek Ferfecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mando Lucifers short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Stasio Gozdowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 89th minute Bram Boonen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Toldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bram Boonen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Mando Lucifer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stasio Gozdowski. The goal made the score 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
