Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With his leg Mauricio Erramun managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 4th minute, Pepe Argento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Cordero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mauricio Erramun. Stat Veritas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Dantae came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Orlando Gatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Segio's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Dantae in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes of play, Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauricio Erramun was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Dantae in the 14th minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Fernando Dantae left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stat Veritas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Stat Veritas FC's Avram Balțoi got a free kick in the 17th minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Segio in the 21st minute of play. After 23 minutes Consejo del Mate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Johan Gelin who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Johan Gelin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hugo Orlando Gatti quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Francisco Segio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Orlando Gatti was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. When Stat Veritas FC's Francisco Segio in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Consejo del Mate's goalie prevented a goal. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mauricio Erramun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 34th minute of the match. Santo Lorenz hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Dantae in the 37th minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Erramun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peyo Fonelleda in the 38th minute. In the 47th minute Fernando Dantae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Dantae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Fernando Dantae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Francisco Segio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stat Veritas FC made a substitution. Roger Gili replaced Pepe Argento. Stat Veritas FC's Wincent Lizewski was substituted for Fernando Dantae. 61 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Ziemowit Dembowski came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peyo Fonelleda in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauricio Erramun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Dembowski in the 66th minute of play. Mauricio Erramun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peyo Fonelleda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Stat Veritas FC's Justo Montrel getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 75th minute Julio Kemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Dembowski in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Stat Veritas FC's Ziemowit Dembowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Dembowski in the 84th minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Erramun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 87th minute of the match. After 91 minutes of play, Stat Veritas FC's Ziemowit Dembowski made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Orlando Gatti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ziemowit Dembowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Orlando Gatti having to make a save. In the 95th minute Ziemowit Dembowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Stat Veritas FC's Ziemowit Dembowski. But to his dismay, Ziemowit Dembowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.
