Szymon Poniewaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgut Turgut in the 20th minute of the match. Gold Raiders FC's Ertaç Budak got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atacan Toralp hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Arkın Gariboğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 31st minute. FA Sandtown's Szymon Poniewaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Turgut in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Gold Raiders FC's goalkeeper Arkın Gariboğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Larsson. 47 minutes into the game, Tonko Jelovica was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FA Sandtown's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gold Raiders FC the free kick. The supporters of Gold Raiders FC booed when FA Sandtown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tonko Jelovica didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 56th minute of play forced Gold Raiders FC's goalkeeper Arkın Gariboğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Turgut Turgut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Szymon Poniewaz made a huge save.
