Ignacio Di Stasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Carballo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Elias Carballo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ignacio Di Stasi. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Dínamo Kwanza's Ignacio Di Stasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Carballo in the 10th minute of play. Ignacio Di Stasi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Barrantes in the 13th minute. Sebastián Sá took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ernesto Monge. CS La Libertad's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 18th minute Felíx Galão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Monge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Fábio Preto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Monge was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, CS La Libertad's Agustin Barrantes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ignacio Di Stasi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute Elias Carballo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Di Stasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by CS La Libertad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sebastián Sá was slow to take the kick. During this time Dínamo Kwanza's players had a chance to rest. Ignacio Di Stasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Barrantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignacio Di Stasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Barrantes in the 36th minute of the match. Agustin Barrantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th minute, Agustin Barrantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pompílio Chivukuvuku took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ernesto Monge. CS La Libertad's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in CS La Libertad's zone, Fábio Preto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Monge came out of the goal and Fábio Preto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Agustin Barrantes made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Dínamo Kwanza defense, Gerardo Millot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Di Stasi. The Dínamo Kwanza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Di Stasi should have stopped the shot. Ignacio Di Stasi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Carballo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Agustin Barrantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ignacio Di Stasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacio Di Stasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Carballo in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fábio Preto in the 67th minute of play forced CS La Libertad's goalkeeper Ernesto Monge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Dínamo Kwanza booed when CS La Libertad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fábio Preto in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Monge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ignacio Di Stasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Martinez in the 85th minute of play. After 88 played minutes Dínamo Kwanza got a freekick which was hit by Pompílio Chivukuvuku. After 89 played minutes, CS La Libertad's Walter Centeno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ignacio Di Stasi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CS La Libertad reached it. In the 90th minute Elias Carballo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Di Stasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustin Barrantes took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacio Di Stasi. Ignacio Di Stasi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 96 minutes into the game, Luis Marin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CS La Libertad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dínamo Kwanza the free kick. The supporters of Dínamo Kwanza booed when CS La Libertad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the CS La Libertad players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
