The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Galip Öveç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Cucao in the 3rd minute of play. Galip Öveç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Cucao, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Felipe Cucao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galip Öveç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Sotil in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Efrain Obeko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Son Son got free with Oto Ööpik in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Felipe Cucao notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Galip Öveç. Galip Öveç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oto Ööpik made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Son Son sent off a good shot on target. Son Son could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Oto Ööpik made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Piotr Bronkala during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rincón de los Sauces AFC booed when DHD SRL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Bronkala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zhao Chen Feng charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zhao Chen Feng the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes DHD SRL got a freekick which was hit by Zhao Chen Feng. Oto Ööpik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Son Son in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute Justino Javiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oto Ööpik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45thth minute of the game Son Son who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DHD SRL's Oto Ööpik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Oto Ööpik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justino Javiar went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Geronimo Isauro kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Galip Öveç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Jatsu in the 59th minute of play. Felipe Cucao might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Galip Öveç. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Cucao ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Son Son in the 64th minute of play forced DHD SRL's goalkeeper Oto Ööpik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oto Ööpik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Son Son, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 65th minute Son Son shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oto Ööpik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Son Son took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oto Ööpik. Oto Ööpik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Galip Öveç proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Rincón de los Sauces AFC from getting a goal against them. After 81 minutes, Desiderio Fagondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rincón de los Sauces AFC and the DHD SRL players grew even worse after the yellow card. Galip Öveç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Cucao, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Felipe Cucao came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Galip Öveç could save by the left post. Son Son fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oto Ööpik having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rincón de los Sauces AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while DHD SRL had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
