Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hilmi Uyaralp in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Frisco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Partemi FC's Horacio Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Kemal Selman in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Mustafa Kemal Selman hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the game, Fermin Etor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Partemi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. the free kick. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Partemi FC! Panos Paschalidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Panos Paschalidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilmi Uyaralp in the 27th minute of play forced Partemi FC's goalkeeper Horacio Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s goalkeeper Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chip Froggatt. Horacio Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güneş Süleyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horacio Frisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Kemal Selman, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panos Paschalidis in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eleuterio Mundo was slow to take the kick. During this time Partemi FC's players had a chance to rest. After 39 played minutes Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Nordin. After the first half Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Kemal Selman was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Partemi FC booed when Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güneş Süleyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Partemi FC.
