Călin Ghioncu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mai Jian Xi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Mai Jian Xi put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Călin Ghioncu. Călin Ghioncu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mai Jian Xi's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Alin Nichitelea kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Carpathians's Călin Ghioncu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alcaraz in the 92nd minute of play.
