The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Peep Pronk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without James Novak having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peep Pronk in the 16th minute of play forced SiTomanBoy´s's goalkeeper James Novak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Boni kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The throw-in from Julian Boni in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SiTomanBoy´s's Juan Luis Rufo. The SiTomanBoy´s fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that James Novak should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Hernán Torrejón managed to get in a good position for a shot. SiTomanBoy´s's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernán Torrejón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurício Bomba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half AC LeX Luthor were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hernán Torrejón made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Juan Luis Rufo threw the ball into play from the sideline. AC LeX Luthor's Julian Boni quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Alvaro Errando replaced Peep Pronk. SiTomanBoy´s made a substitution. Francisco Ignacio Hanssen replaced Wladyslaw Maciejewski. In the 58th match minute, SiTomanBoy´s was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cassiano Novais to maneuver through the defense.
