Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Judas Verón took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Palestra14's goal looked a bit too open when Judas Verón came free, but Frits Heinel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frits Heinel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Judas Verón in the 10th minute of play. Bernardo Raggio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Torelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 74th minute of the match Belgrano de Pibasog got a corner. Palestra14's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pawel Grabowicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Clemente Gaizkine made a great header on Belgrano de Pibasog's corner, it was just that Palestra14's Frits Heinel managed to reach the ball for a save. 78 minutes into the match, Iulian Ilinca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frits Heinel. Palestra14's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iulian Ilinca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Belgrano de Pibasog played a much better game than Palestra14 and deserved their victory. The Palestra14 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
