Mich Batshuayi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Stanislav Filipov made a huge save. Stanislav Filipov made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Mich Batshuayi sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mich Batshuayi got free with Stanislav Filipov in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rdth minute of the game Mateo Esiquio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NGOP Football Club's Stanislav Filipov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Mateo Esiquio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stanislav Filipov. Mateo Esiquio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. The supporters of NGOP Football Club booed when Olympique Fribourg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mich Batshuayi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute of the match NGOP Football Club got a corner. Olympique Fribourg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Idlir Kaevski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Remo Pürro struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Stanislav Filipov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olympique Fribourg. After having played for 46 minutes, Mateo Esiquio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olympique Fribourg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Esiquio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olívio Cerezo was the one to do the kick off. Olívio Cerezo hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Stanislav Filipov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Esiquio in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mich Batshuayi in the 59th minute of play forced NGOP Football Club's goalkeeper Stanislav Filipov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Mich Batshuayi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Stanislav Filipov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emilijano Vidoevski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tristan Arioli having to interfere. Stanislav Filipov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mich Batshuayi in the 68th minute of play. Mateo Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 minutes, Mateo Esiquio made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. NGOP Football Club's Stanislav Filipov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mich Batshuayi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Stanislav Filipov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stanislav Filipov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Esiquio in the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateo Esiquio in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stanislav Filipov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 minutes of play, Olympique Fribourg's Remo Pürro made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stanislav Filipov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mich Batshuayi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislav Filipov having to interfere. In the 95th minute Mateo Esiquio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Filipov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
