When Fortunato Froněk came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Alzaga FC fans jumped to their feet. Despidida AFC's Dinu Ivănescu got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's Dinu Ivănescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alto Moco narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nestor Tesone in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Selatse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alto Moco.
