Twierdza Osowiec's Waut Vanden Berghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sofoklis Stamatelos in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Kartal Başar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aris Chatziaggelis, 1-0. Aris Chatziaggelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Van Hoyveldt in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Van Hoyveldt in the 14th minute of play forced Bazellatin F.C.'s goalkeeper Aris Chatziaggelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Bazellatin F.C. defense, Kartal Başar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aris Chatziaggelis. The Bazellatin F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aris Chatziaggelis should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Bazellatin F.C.'s Aris Chatziaggelis got control of the ball when Jorge Van Hoyveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Stratos Savouras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bazellatin F.C.'s zone, Jorge Van Hoyveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aris Chatziaggelis came out of the goal and Jorge Van Hoyveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute Kartal Başar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aris Chatziaggelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Stratos Savouras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Twierdza Osowiec's Waut Vanden Berghe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 43 played minutes Bazellatin F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Thalis Tzavaras. Aris Chatziaggelis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kartal Başar went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kartal Başar to strike the kick off in the second half. Aris Chatziaggelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kartal Başar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd match minute, Bazellatin F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stratos Savouras to maneuver through the defense. Aris Chatziaggelis was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. 89 minutes into the match, Pepo Orihuela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aris Chatziaggelis. Bazellatin F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pepo Orihuela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Bazellatin F.C.'s Aris Chatziaggelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kartal Başar in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Twierdza Osowiec players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
