Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bayan Baye got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Mikael Liberatore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Lorenzi was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Wargön were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Juventus F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bayan Baye took the corner. Wargön's Bayan Baye was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eugenio Lorenzi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eugenio Lorenzi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Artur Buba. With a little luck, Juventus F.C.'s Eugenio Lorenzi got control of the ball when Bayan Baye tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Wargön defense, Carlo Montanari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sören Tunberg. The Wargön fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sören Tunberg should have stopped the shot. After 25 minutes Juventus F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bayan Baye who took care of the corner kick. 27 minutes into the game, Mikael Liberatore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Eugenio Lorenzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wargön's Sören Tunberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Caniggia in the 32nd minute of play. In the 40th minute, Júlio Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 45 minutes, Mikael Liberatore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wargön's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Liberatore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Corder Nunn to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlo Montanari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Sören Tunberg made a huge save. With 59 minutes on the clock, Ladislav Trtík commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Juventus F.C.! Juventus F.C.:s Eugenio Lorenzi showed great skill when he stopped Bayan Baye:s penalty. Juventus F.C.'s Bernardo Benarrivo was substituted for Carlo Montanari. The throw-in from Wojciech Jaroszewicz in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Wargön's Zdzislaw Liermann. In the 68th match minute, Wargön was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayan Baye to maneuver through the defense. Juventus F.C.'s Eugenio Lorenzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bayan Baye in the 71st minute of play. Alessio Punta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Tunberg having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Bayan Baye got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Emanuel Isias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wargön the free kick. The supporters of Wargön booed when Juventus F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Isias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus F.C.'s zone, Mikael Liberatore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Lorenzi came out of the goal and Mikael Liberatore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eugenio Lorenzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Stephansson in the 93rd minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Wargön lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
