After a rather tough play, LUPO f.c's Cecilio Valiente got a free kick in the 21st minute. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Rocchi in the 22nd minute of the match. After 23 played minutes Xv de Piracicaba got a freekick which was hit by Ander Uibomäe. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jens Van Dessel in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Sandberg saved Xv de Piracicaba from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Ramon Menezes notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of LUPO f.c's Lev Yashin. Lev Yashin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Menezes got free with Lev Yashin in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Min Son hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Xv de Piracicaba's goal looked a bit too open when Jens Van Dessel came free, but Sebastian Sandberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jens Van Dessel to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Rocchi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lev Yashin was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game.
