Camporioccio VS's Beppe Cinque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Lindström in the 10th minute of play. Alexander Nasuti kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Casper Kleen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo Russo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the game, Henry Alebäck recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Beppe Cinque. Henry Alebäck showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Carmine Rosati's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Kleen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Camporioccio VS's zone, Jan Ekenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beppe Cinque came out of the goal and Jan Ekenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Casper Kleen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmine Rosati, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Perna in the 36th minute of play forced Mean Machine's goalkeeper Casper Kleen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, one of Mean Machine:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mean Machine. Mean Machine:s Casper Kleen showed great skill when he stopped Armando Perna:s penalty. 42 minutes into the match, Camporioccio VS's goalkeeper Beppe Cinque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torsten Berglund. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Claudio Casiraghi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Camporioccio VS's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Casiraghi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Kleen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camporioccio VS's Eraldo Russo got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Armando Perna made the kick off in the second half. Beppe Cinque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Berglund in the 58th minute of the match. If Alvise Grassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beppe Cinque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Anselius, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 72nd match minute, Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Hultstrand to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the game, Jan Ekenberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mean Machine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Camporioccio VS the free kick. In the 75th match minute, Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Anselius to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Carmine Rosati came free, but Casper Kleen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Jan Ekenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Cinque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rune Anselius might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beppe Cinque. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rune Anselius ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute Jan Ekenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Cinque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jan Ekenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Anselius in the 90th minute of play forced Camporioccio VS's goalkeeper Beppe Cinque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casper Kleen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Perna in the 91st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Rune Anselius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beppe Cinque was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. In the 94th minute, Rune Anselius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mean Machine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Mean Machine's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
