In the 21st minute Casimiro Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Gonzales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nouvelle Vague's Juninho Juni quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Miguel Lauren, made in the 37th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Aureo came free, but Vicky Donda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 played minutes Nouvelle Vague got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Villaverde. Gogo Gartzea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicky Donda having to make a save. 44 minutes into the match, CA Boca Jrs MdP's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Ugutz came free, but Miguel Gonzales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, CA Boca Jrs MdP's Miguel Lauren got a free kick in the 45th minute. Casimiro Ugutz struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Ugutz made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Aureo in the 59th minute of play forced Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Vicky Donda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicky Donda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Gaitano in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, CA Boca Jrs MdP's Miguel Gonzales got control of the ball when Paulo Renato Corrêa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nouvelle Vague made a substitution. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauricio Fonda in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicky Donda saved Nouvelle Vague from getting behind. In the 75th minute of the match, Luis Henrico tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Miguel Gonzales saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vicky Donda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Fonda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Luis Henrico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Gonzales. CA Boca Jrs MdP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Henrico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. CA Boca Jrs MdP's Diego Cagna was substituted for Gogo Gartzea. Vicky Donda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Fonda in the 84th minute of play. Vicky Donda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Fonda in the 89th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Folke Billberg put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Nouvelle Vague:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CA Boca Jrs MdP:s goal. The referee gave CA Boca Jrs MdP a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mauricio Fonda, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nouvelle Vague's Vicky Donda. 1-4. The CA Boca Jrs MdP supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nouvelle Vague's performance. The match ended with a win for Nouvelle Vague.
