Sugaritas FC:s Dario Gallardo showed great skill when he stopped Yu Jian Tian:s penalty. In the 8th minute, Hector Argider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Gallardo made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Yu Jian Tian sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Sugaritas FC's Dionisio Valerio got a free kick in the 10th minute. Dario Gallardo made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ovidio Marin sent off a good shot on target. Dario Gallardo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Yu Jian Tian shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Primitivo Tancredo ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 45th match minute, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaétan Jeannot to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-1 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Sugaritas FC's zone, Yu Jian Tian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Gallardo came out of the goal and Yu Jian Tian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Danilo Gerber was substituted for Ovidio Marin. The supporters of ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ booed when Sugaritas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Valerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Gallardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Sand, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 63rd minute, José Sand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 66 minutes of play, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's José Sand made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dario Gallardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Sand might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dario Gallardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Sand ran back to his position shaking his head. Dario Gallardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Sand went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. If José Sand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dario Gallardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Sand in the 77th minute of the match. Edelmiro Silbestre hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When José Sand came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Sand couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the match, Sugaritas FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Sand came free, but Dario Gallardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's attentive Javier Mazuste managed to snatch the ball when Dionisio Valerio made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. Dario Gallardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Sand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Gallardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Sand in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's José Sand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dario Gallardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. After having played for 93 minutes, José Sand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Sand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
