Fălciu's Stelian Jurcuț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjetil-André Digernes in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Fălciu booed when Natus Vincere F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Oihenarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stelian Jurcuț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Pedro Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Jurcuț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zorko Quack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Babarada, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Stelian Jurcuț came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Natus Vincere F.C.'s Albeiro Usuriaga. But to his dismay, Albeiro Usuriaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fălciu's Stelian Jurcuț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Domingues in the 24th minute of play. Zorko Quack made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Marian Pascaru sent off a good shot on target. When Fălciu's Sebastian Seţeanu in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Natus Vincere F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Fălciu's Dacian Mâinea got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Fălciu's Stelian Jurcuț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albeiro Usuriaga in the 37th minute of play. Zorko Quack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabin Comșa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stelian Jurcuț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albeiro Usuriaga in the 42nd minute of the match. Natus Vincere F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Sabin Comșa scored to the left of an out of position Zorko Quack, making the score, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Codruț Ababei was the one to do the kick off. Fălciu's Stelian Jurcuț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjetil-André Digernes in the 54th minute of play. Albeiro Usuriaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Stelian Jurcuț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Cătălin Caranică put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Zorko Quack. Albeiro Usuriaga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stelian Jurcuț read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Natus Vincere F.C. made a substitution. Gualterio Mede replaced Pedro Domingues. 71 minutes into the match, Natus Vincere F.C.'s Albeiro Usuriaga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stelian Jurcuț narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Natus Vincere F.C. defense, Sabin Comșa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zorko Quack. The Natus Vincere F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zorko Quack should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute, Albeiro Usuriaga made a precise shot to the right of Stelian Jurcuț. Fălciu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Stelian Jurcuț didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albeiro Usuriaga went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Pascaru in the 87th minute of play forced Natus Vincere F.C.'s goalkeeper Zorko Quack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stelian Jurcuț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albeiro Usuriaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
