The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dušan Vlahović during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GD Almargense's Dušan Vlahović got a free kick in the 17th minute. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dušan Vlahović in the 19th minute of play. After 39 minutes of play, GD Almargense's Celso Eiró made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The Silver Squad AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.
