The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of MarineerS MzC booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Beckham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Rundell, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Leicea having to make a save. Arnoldo Leicea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 8th minute of play. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Armando Santirso in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Armando Santirso in the 10th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Diego Armando Santirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When MarineerS MzC's Carl Rundell in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFC FUSION's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute Lino Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Leicea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Rios took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Leicea. Arnoldo Leicea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 29th minute, Lino Rios made a precise shot to the right of Arnoldo Leicea. MarineerS MzC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After some careless play in the MarineerS MzC defense, Lino Rios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnoldo Leicea. The MarineerS MzC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnoldo Leicea should have stopped the shot. Lino Rios hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Lino Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Leicea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Rydberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Leicea having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Dawid Beckham hit a great ball. After 53 minutes of play, MarineerS MzC's Valentin Rydberg made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Eztebe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Rios in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Leicea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute of the match AFC FUSION got a corner. MarineerS MzC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dawid Beckham ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jan Hop made a great header on AFC FUSION's corner, it was just that MarineerS MzC's Arnoldo Leicea managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Hop in the 65th minute of play forced MarineerS MzC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Leicea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MarineerS MzC made a substitution. Dinç Tuncay replaced Volkan İçten. In the 69th minute AFC FUSION were awarded a corner. Dawid Beckham went to the cornerflag to take it. After 71 minutes of play, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Leicea was left in no man's land by his defense there! AFC FUSION made a substitution. Christoff Stocks replaced Lino Rios. Christoff Stocks took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Leicea. Arnoldo Leicea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. MarineerS MzC's Serafino Modestio was substituted for Nereo Inge. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Armando Santirso in the 81st minute of play. Christoff Stocks blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Leicea having to make a save. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Rydberg in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Christoff Stocks made a precise shot to the right of Arnoldo Leicea. MarineerS MzC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. AFC FUSION's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
