Luisinho Laguna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Kıvanç Yücesan made a huge save. Vasile Neicu kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, SC Pfullendorf's goal looked a bit too open when Luisinho Laguna came free, but Kıvanç Yücesan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Argyris Zagorakis was the one to do the kick off. SC Pfullendorf were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after El Gallo de Moron's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. David Moya took the corner. A nice corner shot did that David Moya got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nacho Gonzalez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Pierre Le Saint put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Kıvanç Yücesan. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Pfullendorf had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
