But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wesley Prado couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Mexilhão F. C.'s zone, Lev Postupalenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitório de Salles came out of the goal and Lev Postupalenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lev Postupalenko in the 69th minute of play forced Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Vitório de Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Veremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Cavalcante in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by King Of The Jungle's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Atabek Hadi replaced Lev Postupalenko. After some careless play in the Mexilhão F. C. defense, Atabek Hadi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vitório de Salles. The Mexilhão F.
