Nunez Hernandez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Piratas FC's Nunez Hernandez got a free kick in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Zeledon Laffitte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piratas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ the free kick. A collision led to Piratas FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Zeledon Laffitte hit a great ball. After some careless play in the ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ defense, Nunez Hernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pepe Santoro. The ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pepe Santoro should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute Jose Sugar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Gaufred saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Eustacio Tercero sped through Piratas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victorino Gaufred. Pepe Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Hernandez in the 32nd minute of play. Victorino Gaufred was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rodolfo Guerau showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 34 minute of play. Zeledon Laffitte took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pepe Santoro. Pepe Santoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Rodolfo Guerau scored 5-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victorino Gaufred, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
