The audience was convinced that Daniel Bueno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Pedro dos Santos was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Bueno in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro dos Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Fernando Batista fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ekzema F.V.'s protests and gave Fernando Batista a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd minute, Fernando Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wambalamba FC's João Pedro dos Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuca Tróia in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Wambalamba FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
