The audience thought a goal was coming when Lennart Fredriksson got free with Filiberto Fidele in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tallboda Gunners were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after El Retorno de Palermo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emanuel Rosen took the corner. The corner led Tallboda Gunners's Wiktor Wallander to fire away a dangerous shot which Filiberto Fidele despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tallboda Gunners's Thomas Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Huly in the 16th minute of play. Thomas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Izotz in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute Rosendo Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernst Biörkman in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filiberto Fidele prevented the ball from getting in the gole. El Retorno de Palermo's Filiberto Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Fredriksson in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match, Lennart Fredriksson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Filiberto Fidele was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 34thth minute of the game Ernst Biörkman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Retorno de Palermo's Filiberto Fidele was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thomas Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Huly in the 41st minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Thomas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Fidele stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lennart Fredriksson's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Fredriksson in the 71st minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Filiberto Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hilario Mikeldi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Thomas Andersson made a huge save. Filiberto Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Biörkman in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Wallander came free, but Filiberto Fidele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 93rd minute of the match Valentin Skager completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Valentin Skager a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 94th match minute, Tallboda Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Skager to maneuver through the defense. Tallboda Gunners's Thomas Andersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Tallboda Gunners from getting a goal against them.
