Los Tatangelos's Tamer Siraceddin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Los Tatangelos from getting a goal against them. Kayhan İmge's late challenge caught a POPODARA F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kayhan İmge helped the player get up and apologised. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Tamer Siraceddin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tamer Siraceddin had great luck who in the 15thth minute grab hold of the ball when Federico Mauro from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Mauro in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tamer Siraceddin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15thth minute of the game Federico Mauro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Tatangelos's Tamer Siraceddin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute of the match POPODARA F.C got a corner. Los Tatangelos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Runar Melum ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on POPODARA F.C's corner Runar Melum fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tamer Siraceddin quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the Los Tatangelos defense, Federico Mauro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tamer Siraceddin. The Los Tatangelos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tamer Siraceddin should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berker Rıza Erginer in the 24th minute of play forced POPODARA F.C's goalkeeper Raymond Halseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, POPODARA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cuma Han came free, but Raymond Halseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berker Rıza Erginer in the 35th minute of play forced POPODARA F.C's goalkeeper Raymond Halseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berker Rıza Erginer struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Raymond Halseth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Tatangelos. The audience was convinced that Federico Mauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tamer Siraceddin was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Raymond Halseth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Berker Rıza Erginer's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Berker Rıza Erginer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cuma Han to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Los Tatangelos's Arif Burak Kahveci got a free kick in the 51st minute. Paulino Leonidas hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Raymond Halseth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berker Rıza Erginer in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute Los Tatangelos were awarded a corner. Mehmet Ediz Kurman went to the cornerflag to take it. Berker Rıza Erginer came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Raymond Halseth could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Cuma Han managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Tatangelos's supporters rose to their feet, but Cuma Han was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raymond Halseth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tamer Siraceddin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Mauro in the 69th minute of play. A hard shot 78 in the game by Berker Rıza Erginer from a close distance when the talented Raymond Halseth managed to make a qualified save. POPODARA F.C's players were relieved. POPODARA F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
