In the 5th minute of the match, Denis Alibert got a very nice opportunity to score, but Octavio Ferrer was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cao Yi in the 8th minute of play forced Yala's goalkeeper Octavio Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Ferrer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Bădulescu in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carolo Bizen in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogdan Stelea saved DINAMO PLOIESTI from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Bizen in the 14th minute of play forced DINAMO PLOIESTI's goalkeeper Bogdan Stelea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Ferrer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihai Hoancă went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 22 played minutes, DINAMO PLOIESTI's Mihai Hoancă shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Octavio Ferrer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in DINAMO PLOIESTI reached it. Denis Alibert in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Octavio Ferrer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 27 minutes into the match, DINAMO PLOIESTI's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Koldobika came free, but Bogdan Stelea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match Yala got a corner. DINAMO PLOIESTI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hipolito Froila ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Hipolito Froila got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bogdan Stelea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 29th match minute, DINAMO PLOIESTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Alibert to maneuver through the defense. Bogdan Stelea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Bizen in the 31st minute of play. Carolo Bizen hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Esteve Abechuco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Stelea. DINAMO PLOIESTI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esteve Abechuco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 44 played minutes DINAMO PLOIESTI got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Moura. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihai Hoancă to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Emanuel Bădulescu made a precise shot to the right of Octavio Ferrer. Yala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Carolo Bizen struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Bogdan Stelea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yala. Yala's Octavio Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Alibert in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Koldobika in the 62nd minute of play forced DINAMO PLOIESTI's goalkeeper Bogdan Stelea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogdan Stelea came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Yala's Carolo Bizen. But to his dismay, Carolo Bizen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 66 minutes into the match, Yala's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Bădulescu came free, but Octavio Ferrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes, German Pezzella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yala and the DINAMO PLOIESTI players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 played minutes Yala got a freekick which was hit by German Pezzella. Carolo Bizen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 69th playminute. Yala's Octavio Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Hoancă in the 72nd minute of play. Octavio Ferrer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cao Yi in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Carolo Bizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Stelea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Ferrer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Alibert in the 78th minute of play. Cao Yi scored 3-3 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octavio Ferrer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Denis Alibert made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Yala's Aquilino Inautzi. Octavio Ferrer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Hoancă, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
