Raymond Halseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baydan Prunty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Brannon Gillmour got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raymond Halseth quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 24 minutes into the match, Runar Melum notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Philip Doyle. Philip Doyle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s zone, Federico Mauro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philip Doyle came out of the goal and Federico Mauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Ballybunion Celtic F.C. booed when POPODARA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Leonidas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Federico Mauro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Philip Doyle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Philip Doyle was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Federico Mauro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 42 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Braedon Moran struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Raymond Halseth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballybunion Celtic F.C.. 62 minutes into the match, Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Federico Mauro came free, but Philip Doyle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Mauro hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Federico Mauro kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, POPODARA F.C's Ole-Kristian Martinsen got a free kick in the 71st minute. Baydan Prunty could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Raymond Halseth made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baydan Prunty in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raymond Halseth saved POPODARA F.C from getting behind. If Blair Keegan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Mauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Mauro struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Philip Doyle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for POPODARA F.C. A collision led to Ballybunion Celtic F.C. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Brannon Gillmour hit a great ball. The supporters of POPODARA F.C booed when Ballybunion Celtic F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bairee Cronin didn't get a good kick on the ball.
