After 12 minutes, Wilhelm Askelöf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stardust Unicorns XI and the Reaalne Madrid JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaagup Leho struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Manfred Wallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. With a left leg Manfred Wallin saved Stardust Unicorns XI from getting behind. 42 minutes into the match, Stardust Unicorns XI's goal looked a bit too open when Jaagup Leho came free, but Manfred Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilhelm Askelöf to make the kick off. Kaspar Kallis charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaspar Kallis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. During the 87th minute of the match Kaspar Kallis completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kaspar Kallis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Kaspar Kallis kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Reaalne Madrid JK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
