The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes A4p Dejani got a freekick which was hit by Calistrat Ploieșteanu. 3 minutes into the match, A4p Dejani's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Kihlberg came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Mantorp's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Gummeson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kubrat Delkov. Mantorp's Sven-Olof Gummeson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Mantorp from getting a goal against them. Sven-Olof Gummeson made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Isac Mihălțan sent off a good shot on target. After 10 minutes, Bernt Kihlberg made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. A4p Dejani's Bogdan Lobonț tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Lundqvist in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogdan Lobonț saved A4p Dejani from getting behind. Sven-Olof Gummeson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calistrat Ploieșteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Uriel Rojelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Gummeson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven-Olof Gummeson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isac Mihălțan's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Sven-Olof Gummeson stood somewhat misplaced when Isac Mihălțan came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 26 minute. Sven-Olof Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Ulizes, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Blom during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gabriel Blom hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Sven-Olof Gummeson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Calistrat Ploieșteanu in the 34th minute. Isac Mihălțan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Sven-Olof Gummeson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Sven-Olof Gummeson managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when A4p Dejani's Isac Mihălțan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sven-Olof Gummeson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Sampil in the 40th minute of play. With a little luck, Mantorp's Sven-Olof Gummeson got control of the ball when Guaberto Ulizes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven-Olof Gummeson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isac Mihălțan's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute Luis Sampil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Gummeson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogdan Lobonț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Kihlberg in the 54th minute of play. Aaron Lundqvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bogdan Lobonț firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Mihălțan in the 61st minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Gummeson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Olof Gummeson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Mihălțan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Sampil in the 69th minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Gummeson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A4p Dejani's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Calistrat Ploieșteanu in the 73rd minute. A4p Dejani's Calistrat Ploieșteanu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sven-Olof Gummeson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 74 minutes into the match, Bernt Kihlberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Lobonț. A4p Dejani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernt Kihlberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Kihlberg in the 81st minute of play forced A4p Dejani's goalkeeper Bogdan Lobonț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Blom kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. A4p Dejani made a substitution. Ahmet Vefik Hisar replaced Kubrat Delkov. After recieving a nice pass, A4p Dejani's Calistrat Ploieșteanu tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 91st match minute, A4p Dejani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calistrat Ploieșteanu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Bernt Kihlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mantorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernt Kihlberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Lobonț breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
