Belgrano de Pibasog were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Bisturi F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pawel Grabowicz took the corner. Romulo Beila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pawel Grabowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Raggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlin Håland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bisturi F.C.'s Romulo Beila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Bisturi F.C. from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Bisturi F.C.'s Romulo Beila got control of the ball when Judas Verón tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erlin Håland in the 37th minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bisturi F.C.'s zone, Judas Verón stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romulo Beila came out of the goal and Judas Verón tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute Judas Verón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Beila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Judas Verón made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goal looked a bit too open when Erlin Håland came free, but Bernardo Raggio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erlin Håland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlin Håland in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bisturi F.C.'s zone, Judas Verón stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romulo Beila came out of the goal and Judas Verón tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute Erlin Håland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Raggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Judas Verón came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Belgrano de Pibasog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Judas Verón couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Belgrano de Pibasog getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Judas Verón hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute of the game Gilbert Juzda made a throw-in which George Suminskis played forward. The supporters of Bisturi F.C. booed when Belgrano de Pibasog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Henrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. George Suminskis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Romulo Beila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iulian Ilinca's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Iulian Ilinca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romulo Beila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. If Honorato Jerrold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bisturi F.C.'s Romulo Beila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iulian Ilinca in the 91st minute of play. After 93 played minutes Bisturi F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hüsmen Bozbey. 95 minutes into the match, Bisturi F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Iulian Ilinca came free, but Romulo Beila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Raggio made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when George Suminskis sent off a good shot on target. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
