Mystyc FC's Modesto Roldanillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Frutos in the 26th minute of play. Osvaldo Frutos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Modesto Roldanillo having to make a save. Valentin Ospetsu was a little too slow when Elias Oihenarte got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-1. Elias Oihenarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Ospetsu having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Oihenarte during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mystyc FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Elias Oihenarte hit a great ball. Modesto Roldanillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Frutos's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute Osvaldo Frutos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Roldanillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barrio Norte FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vitório de Medeiros in the 48th minute. Wang Ming Zhen thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Modesto Roldanillo, a very annoying self made goal in the 48th minute which led to 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Elias Oihenarte made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the game Juan Luis Potts made a throw-in which Waldo Ponce played forward. Valentin Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Oihenarte in the 55th minute of play. If Elias Oihenarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Oihenarte in the 69th minute of play forced Barrio Norte FC's goalkeeper Valentin Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrio Norte FC made a substitution. Ofelio Galván replaced Osvaldo Frutos. Mystyc FC's Pastor Bras was substituted for Caner Erkin. Mystyc FC's Fidel Emmanuel was substituted for Teobaldo Monico. Barrio Norte FC's Victor Hugo Pinilla quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wang Ming Zhen, made in the 76th minute of the game. 79 minutes into the match, Barrio Norte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Morata came free, but Valentin Ospetsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hao Jian Yuan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Modesto Roldanillo was relentless in the 85th minute of the game.
