The supporters of TORQUE F.C. booed when FC MeHigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Pedro Montana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgardo Dalmai kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Dominik Klawki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC MeHigh's Jailson Abraão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save FC MeHigh from getting a goal against them. After having played for 32 minutes, Dave Mancinelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TORQUE F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Mancinelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jailson Abraão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Cordarin in the 35th minute. Big Diamond hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, FC MeHigh's goalkeeper Jailson Abraão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Cordarin. In the 44th minute, TORQUE F.C.'s Dave Mancinelli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jailson Abraão. Jailson Abraão yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Pedro Montana was the one to do the kick off. Jailson Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Mancinelli in the 51st minute of play. Zé Pedro Montana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sébastien Frey came out and tried to block the shot, but Zé Pedro Montana slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute Dominik Klawki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jailson Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Cordarin in the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominik Klawki in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jailson Abraão saved FC MeHigh from getting behind. FC MeHigh's Jailson Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Mancinelli in the 65th minute of play. Jailson Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Cordarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Dave Mancinelli put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jailson Abraão. After some careless play in the TORQUE F.C. defense, Juan Eduardo Guerrero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sébastien Frey. The TORQUE F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sébastien Frey should have stopped the shot. In the 78th minute, Fabian Brask made a precise shot to the right of Sébastien Frey. TORQUE F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-4. If Saul Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jailson Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Cordarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jailson Abraão came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by TORQUE F.C.'s Tomás Cordarin. But to his dismay, Tomás Cordarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-4.
