Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Curcio Alonso started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Ampthill FC's Calvin Townsley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Generoso Beloki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th match minute, Vodka Stars 1949 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Véber to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Geeraerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Curcio Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Abeijon having to interfere. In the 29th minute Calvin Townsley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Beloki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Beloki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calvin Townsley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calvin Townsley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Generoso Beloki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicias Latousakis during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vodka Stars 1949! In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Ampthill FC. Calvin Townsley stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Generoso Beloki. 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calvin Townsley to strike the kick off in the second half. Bernardo Abeijon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Véber, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Bernardo Abeijon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casado Castan went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 57 minutes into the match, Calvin Townsley notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Vodka Stars 1949's Generoso Beloki. Generoso Beloki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vodka Stars 1949's Martin Batalla was substituted for Erik Véber. Calvin Townsley who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Generoso Beloki when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 70 minutes, Borys Rasialdo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ampthill FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borys Rasialdo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Calvin Townsley in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Generoso Beloki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vodka Stars 1949's Generoso Beloki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calvin Townsley in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Ampthill FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Borys Rasialdo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Alonso in the 81st minute of play forced Ampthill FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vodka Stars 1949's Curcio Alonso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bernardo Abeijon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vodka Stars 1949's goalkeeper Generoso Beloki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95th minute of the match Vodka Stars 1949 got a corner. Ampthill FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Curcio Alonso ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Curcio Alonso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernardo Abeijon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
