The tension between the SSC Ambrosini and the Simared -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SSC Ambrosini's Rutger Öberg got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Matei Humă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simared -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mircea Bâlea in the 8th minute. Simared -MM-'s Mircea Bâlea was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ove Vassenius in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tiberiu Huștea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ove Vassenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Simared -MM-'s Mihnea Manolache seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mihnea Manolache the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Simared -MM- protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mihnea Manolache had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 12 minutes into the game, one of Simared -MM-:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave SSC Ambrosini a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alf Kullgren, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Simared -MM-'s Răzvan Isărescu. 0-1. Răzvan Isărescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Bäckström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens-Erik Hjelm hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When Jens-Erik Hjelm fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SSC Ambrosini's protests and gave Jens-Erik Hjelm a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SSC Ambrosini's Jens-Erik Hjelm got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Matei Humă fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ove Vassenius, passed just outside the right post. Matei Humă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ove Vassenius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Cazimir Curteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Vassenius having to interfere. Matei Humă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Simared -MM- booed when SSC Ambrosini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Erik Hjelm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st match minute, SSC Ambrosini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Söderlund to maneuver through the defense. Cazimir Curteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Vassenius having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Augustin Săvulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augustin Săvulescu hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. After 50 played minutes, SSC Ambrosini's Alf Kullgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Răzvan Isărescu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SSC Ambrosini reached it. After the first half SSC Ambrosini were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cazimir Curteanu made the kick off in the second half. After 60 minutes, Matei Humă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simared -MM- and the SSC Ambrosini players grew even worse after the yellow card. Matei Humă kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Cazimir Curteanu took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ove Vassenius. Ove Vassenius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, SSC Ambrosini's Ingvar Sillén got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Ingvar Sillén hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Gabriel Bäckström made a precise shot to the right of Răzvan Isărescu. Simared -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. A hard shot by Alf Kullgren from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Răzvan Isărescu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Simared -MM-'s Răzvan Isărescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Simared -MM- from getting a goal against them. SSC Ambrosini's Ove Vassenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Lucan in the 97th minute of play.
