The Qikiqtarjuaq FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jason Achin should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mitch Reeves got free with 梅洋明 in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 梅洋明 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mitch Reeves's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Niubility FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dominik Oryl was slow to take the kick. During this time Qikiqtarjuaq FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Earl Croteau got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 梅洋明 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Earl Croteau came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Qikiqtarjuaq FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Earl Croteau couldn't finish the play. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Bruce Morin got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, 柳荣镇 notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Jason Achin. Jason Achin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by 卓洲冰 in the 33rd minute of play forced Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Jason Achin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Niubility FC were awarded a corner. 李竞朋 went to the cornerflag to take it. Jordan Bussière thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Jason Achin, a very annoying self made goal in the 34th minute which led to 0-3. Mitch Reeves in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 梅洋明, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 38 played minutes Niubility FC got a freekick which was hit by 李竞朋. 卓洲冰 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jason Achin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when 卓洲冰 came free, but Jason Achin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Niubility FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when 卓洲冰 made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Jason Achin got control of the ball when 卓洲冰 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jason Achin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 卓洲冰, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when 卓洲冰 got free with Jason Achin in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Jason Achin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 柳荣镇. Earl Croteau kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. If 卓洲冰 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jason Achin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 卓洲冰, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jason Achin made an important save on a dangerous shot by 卓洲冰 in the 70th minute. Jason Achin had great luck who in the 73rdth minute grab hold of the ball when 卓洲冰 from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Jason Achin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 卓洲冰 in the 78th minute of play. Jason Achin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 柳荣镇 in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Niubility FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. 李竞朋 hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Earl Croteau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 梅洋明 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Mitch Reeves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 梅洋明 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Niubility FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
