Attilio Silveri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Xabat in the 3rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Almeyra F.C. defense, Lucjan Werra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edelmiro Ticho. The Almeyra F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edelmiro Ticho should have stopped the shot. 7 minutes into the match, Celedonio Xabat notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of GKS Katowice's Attilio Silveri. Attilio Silveri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Celedonio Xabat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Attilio Silveri made a huge save. The Almeyra F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Almeyra F.C.'s Celedonio Xabat looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Edelmiro Ticho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszko Kasiewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Edelmiro Ticho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Werra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Cezary Kasiewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Edelmiro Ticho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fulgencio Natal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucjan Werra kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. GKS Katowice's Attilio Silveri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Xabat in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Urbano Bero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucjan Werra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Attilio Silveri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulgencio Natal's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Edelmiro Ticho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Sokolski in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Cezary Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Kasiewski in the 41st minute of play forced Almeyra F.C.'s goalkeeper Edelmiro Ticho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulgencio Natal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Attilio Silveri skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cezary Kasiewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Ticho having to interfere. After 47 minutes of play, GKS Katowice's Olgierd Sokolski made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edelmiro Ticho was left in no man's land by his defense there! GKS Katowice's Ludomir Zacharek was substituted for Lucjan Werra. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celedonio Xabat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to GKS Katowice getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Konrad Komanski hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Celedonio Xabat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With splendid footwork Cezary Kasiewski arrived in front of goal to shoot 3-4 by the left pole in the game's 60th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fulgencio Natal in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attilio Silveri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 66 minutes into the game, Ludomir Zacharek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Edelmiro Ticho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Cezary Kasiewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 77 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Sokolski came free, but Edelmiro Ticho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomir Zacharek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Ticho having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Zbyszko Kasiewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edelmiro Ticho was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-7. In the 85th minute Cezary Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Ludomir Zacharek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-8. Edelmiro Ticho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 91 minutes into the match, Ludomir Zacharek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edelmiro Ticho, 3-9. Cezary Kasiewski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edelmiro Ticho came out and tried to block the shot, but Cezary Kasiewski slotted it home off the left post making it 3-10 in the 95th minute. The Almeyra F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GKS Katowice were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
