William Backlund's late challenge caught a SV Wissenkerke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. William Backlund helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fårdala FF's William Backlund got a free kick in the 7th minute. If John Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SV Wissenkerke's Kenneth van der Leegte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Ödmann in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Stef Mol made a precise shot to the right of Vilhelm Jönsätt. Fårdala FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wouter Kluivert in the 28th minute of play forced Fårdala FF's goalkeeper Vilhelm Jönsätt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilhelm Jönsätt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnold van Herwijnen's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Arnold van Herwijnen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stef Mol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Vilhelm Jönsätt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After having played for 54 minutes, Arnold van Herwijnen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 66th minute, Philip Zevenhuizen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vilhelm Jönsätt, passed just outside the right post. 68 minutes into the game, Marco Hofland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV Wissenkerke's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fårdala FF the free kick. In the 70thth minute of the game Hans Oude Kamphuis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fårdala FF's Vilhelm Jönsätt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Hans Oude Kamphuis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vilhelm Jönsätt. Hans Oude Kamphuis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 75th minute of the match Marco Hofland shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vilhelm Jönsätt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Frits van Loo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Fårdala FF booed when SV Wissenkerke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frits van Loo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to SV Wissenkerke getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Arnold van Herwijnen hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, SV Wissenkerke's Hans Steen got a free kick in the 85th minute. John Lindberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Leendert Looze charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leendert Looze the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes SV Wissenkerke got a freekick which was hit by Leendert Looze. The SV Wissenkerke supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SV Wissenkerke would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
