Antoni Przybylo kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. If Krzysztof Hajduk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Stoyo Abazov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Zbyszko Budacz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Thunderstorm Riders's Miguel do Vale got control of the ball when Stoyo Abazov tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 played minutes La Vuelta del Malon got a freekick which was hit by Abuzer Bekdemir. 33 minutes into the match, Thunderstorm Riders's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Duarte came free, but Miguel do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Duarte in the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Stoyo Abazov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Thunderstorm Riders defense, Julio Duarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel do Vale. The Thunderstorm Riders fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel do Vale should have stopped the shot. 42 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Hajduk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Vuelta del Malon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thunderstorm Riders the free kick. A collision led to La Vuelta del Malon getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Krzysztof Hajduk hit a great ball. Abelardo Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Dulka in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonard Pochorylo made a kick off. Miguel do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Beltza in the 55th minute of the match. Miguel do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Beltza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Thunderstorm Riders's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Duarte came free, but Miguel do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Stoyo Abazov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel do Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Thunderstorm Riders's Cyryl Skaradoski was substituted for Zbyszko Budacz. Thunderstorm Riders's Miguel do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stoyo Abazov in the 70th minute of play. Miguel do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stoyo Abazov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thunderstorm Riders's Leonard Pochorylo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abelardo Erlantz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Abelardo Erlantz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olgierd Karp in the 87th minute. Miguel do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Hajduk in the 90th minute of play. La Vuelta del Malon's Clodoveo Eutor was substituted for Nestor Beltza. After 93 minutes Thunderstorm Riders's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eduardo George who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Stoyo Abazov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Miguel do Vale quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thunderstorm Riders's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
