The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aureliusz Cupial charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Anselius in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Viper's goalkeeper Radomir Dropinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arvin Stålman struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Radomir Dropinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Ugglan. Radomir Dropinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvin Stålman, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Viper's zone, Wiktor Anselius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomir Dropinski came out of the goal and Wiktor Anselius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernard Szkaradek's late challenge caught a BK Ugglan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernard Szkaradek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, FC Viper was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Szkaradek to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, BK Ugglan's goalkeeper Patrik Fagrell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Hayes. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Arvin Stålman managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Ugglan's supporters rose to their feet, but Arvin Stålman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radomir Dropinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eduardo Hayes hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Radomir Dropinski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 74th minute Wiktor Anselius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Dropinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, BK Ugglan's Radomir Dropinski threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wiktor Anselius, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 82nd minute Eduardo Hayes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Hayes kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 96th match minute, BK Ugglan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Kjellqvist to maneuver through the defense.
