It was Peter Pekarík who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Peter Pekarík got away a dangerous shot. Despite this J.J J.J. quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. J.J J.J. made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Žigmund Csontos in the 8th minute of play. AFK Petržalka were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Peter Pekarík took the corner. AFK Petržalka's Michal Hudák was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but J.J J.J. in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's J.J J.J. got control of the ball when Michal Hudák tried to sneak it across the goal line. J.J J.J. took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Žigmund Csontos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. J.J J.J. showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Hudák in the 23rd minute of the match. J.J J.J. didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Hudák went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Osvaldo Lizer in the 30th minute. The corner ended in Osvaldo Lizer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina did a great save. 32 minutes into the match, Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's goalkeeper J.J J.J. had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michal Hudák. Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's J.J J.J. played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Žigmund Csontos in the 37th minute of play. J.J J.J. didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Žigmund Csontos went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Osvaldo Lizer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adam Hrdina. AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Poniewaz in the 46th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugeniusz Poniewaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to AFK Petržalka getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Baran Gayret hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Sc Ajax Hirtenberg defense, Michal Hudák kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of J.J J.J.. The Sc Ajax Hirtenberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that J.J J.J. should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goal looked a bit too open when Henk Horneber came free, but Adam Hrdina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugeniusz Poniewaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Adam Hrdina made a huge save. J.J J.J. showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Hudák, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Berat Haliç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Hrdina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berat Haliç in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina got control of the ball when Henk Horneber tried to sneak it across the goal line. J.J J.J. didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nikola Krstović went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sc Ajax Hirtenberg players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AFK Petržalka.
