With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Roldan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evaristo Roldan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vince Easton's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Teofilo Gorka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Betadur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 played minutes LA DEL MONO got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Botello. In the 28th match minute, Cuervos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Beremundo to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cuervos AFC's goalkeeper Evaristo Roldan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evaristo Roldan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vince Easton, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 95th minute, Rigoberto Cordareo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
